a LOVE NOTE

Hey Hey Goddess, 

Good day to you my sweet self.  Got this idea in the wee hours this morning to write you a Love Note cause it feels really good to think about doing that.  I’m gonna show you all the things about yourself that are totally real and true but for some reason, you don’t allow yourself to see.  You are so talented as a Coach.  You truly have skills that are inherently yours and no one else can Coach like you.  You have this beautiful ability to hold space for others in a way that allows them to come to their own understanding while facing some difficult insights about themselves.  You’re able to allow them to find their own guidance without coercing them and you remain able to keep your agenda and viewpoint out of it.  That is damn amazing.  

You’re really kind and loving.  Your heart is beautifully big and you have the easiest time showing love to others.  Show yourself that love too.  You’re caring and compassionate.  Your love of nature and animals is so pure and gentle.  Those things bring you peace and alignment.  Find more ways to connect with those daily.  Your smile lights up the whole damn room when you enter.  You carry an aura about you that magnetizes everyone and everything to you.  You are a fucking shining light my dear.  It is a wonder to behold.  See your light often and know it’s always guiding you.  

You have a wicked sense of humor and your laugh is everything.  Not all things bring you that deep belly laugh but when they do, laugh out loud and enjoy it fully.  You are inspiring and motivating.  You see the glimpse of genius in everyone around in, in your clients and friends and loved ones.  Thank you for that.  It’s a wonderful thing to be seen with love thru your eyes.  Look at yourself more and more like this.  It’s real and true.  Your sense of intuition has always been and will continue to be one of your greatest innate gifts.  It’s what makes you effective and efficient as a Coach, as a friend, as a partner and lover.  Hone that intuition.  Listen to it.  Trust it. 

And finally, for now, know how beautiful you are.  Inside and definitely out too.  Your hair, your eyes, your lips, your curves, your feet.  Yeah, you got hella pretty feet, for real.  Your infinite spirit self is housed in a really lovely, totally unique and gorgeous physical vessel.  You are a spiritual being having a human experience, not a human being having a spiritual experience.  You are worthy.  

You are divine.  You are wealthy.  You are wellbeing.  You are abundance.  You are prosperity.  You are fun.  You are joy.  You are adventure.  You are complete.  You are evolving.  You are fabulous.  You are Gorgeous Goddess.  You are free.  You are secure.  You are Love.
